Still silently protesting.
CRT tests, day 2.
PS: Some of you may have noticed the I Can Has Cheezburger link in my blogroll. I’ve just found an article that explains something about the unique language that has developed around the lolcats rage lately. “lol” language is now spreading to many other areas as well, and the idea behind lolcats is also spreading, fungus-like, to many other topics. Here are a couple of examples, plus a slideshow about lolcats on Slate:
- Slate lolcats slideshow
- A great article by Anil Dash on lolcat grammar.
- A tutorial on lolcat as a second language (LSL)
- Build your own lolcat
- predictable, but funny: lolpresident
A word of warning: Please be aware that investigating the lolcat phenomenon will make you stupider.
